Andreas specializes in the coordination of the project with the Owner and the construction staff. Maintaining a perfect line of communication is paramount to the success of the project. Each phase of the project is scheduled and followed up on. Any variations are communicated in a timely manner.
With a laser focus on customer service, the Owner and the customer are always the number one priority. Andreas communicates the scope of work, along with the installation technicians to ensure that the finished product is what was expected.
The most important aspect that Andreas brings to the project is the FINAL 10%. We achieve success, by ensuring the “Small” things are not over-looked and the FINAL 10% is executed seamlessly. This includes items such as final configuration, Punch-list completion and resolution, Final Testing and most importantly, the Owner demonstration and training.
